WE PROCESS THESE TAPES ON UTICA COLLARETTE CUTTER WITH ROLL ATTACHMENTS.  A WELL BUILT AMERICAN MACHINE.

Knowing our features will aid in sending us roll materials the proper size.

1. The flat width on fabric rolls can be from 10" to 32", speed is adjustable to suit the roll size.
2. Minimum cutter spacing 15/16" (3/4" by special set up at extra charge.) Knives are adjustable on width and we have enough in stock. Our width capacity is 16-1/4" (approx. 15" usable)
3. Typical angle is approx. 7 degrees; special angles usually have an extra charge, but not always.
4. Crush cutters handle all types of fabrics.
5. We have our own design operational yardage meter (measures in feet and we convert to yards) to determine the yields correctly.
6. Many years experience with the machines, machines kept in good repair and plenty of extra knives in stock for repair to cutters as required.
7. Minimum width is 3/4" with many cuts at once.  Maximum width is approx. 15" with one cut.
8. Roll holding system has a tension assembly built in to control feed of fabric to the cutters.  The variable speed allows fine speed correction to the roll size as the roll spins while cutting.
9. Other methods seamless at 45 degrees or sewn seam type at 22-1/2 or 45 degree and straight slitting is done for the knitting trades.
