** The elastic and rubber material type machine is equipped with a special dual feed rollers and a shut down micro switch, that work as follows.

1. First feed roller set removes the built in stretch from material winding on the spools at the mills and the variable weight from pulling the material of the rolls. The last set of rollers measures the material before the cutting knife is engaged.
2. A micro switch between the 2 sets of feed in rollers stops the machine "after a predetermined material loop length of about 60" is left between the rollers at the start" (The loop will slowly get smaller down to 0" long then the micro switch will stop the machine, then the loop must be put back again. This is what removes the stretch and this is that gives good quality cut lengths).  It takes a little longer but gives you the quality.
