We cut fabrics for the hand woven rag rug craft trade. Most of our work for the last 5 years has been with wool.  We have run a lot of knit materials with the machines and small orders with woven materials.  We are willing to try more woven materials if their is a need.

1. Presently we run 250 to 500 pounds a week. We have the machines and capacity to go up to several thousand pounds a week.
2. Lot sizes at present are 1 to 30 pound bags or boxes with 1 color and size to a bag or box.  Bags will be furnished in the event they get torn during shipment or plant use.
3. Typical strip cut sizes at present 3/4" to 1-1/2" (and can be wider) we were running for a few years as narrow as 1/4" wide strips.
4. Fabrics furnished now in sizes ranging from 2" to 72" wide x 12" to 72" long.  Most have an average size approximating 18" x 50', we are not cutting out seams.
5. We Do Not Want The Following:
1. Materials that are a health hazard.
2. Materials that are not clean(dirt in the material)
3. Strips should not be in 25 pound bags full.  (eg. 2" x 50" narrow strips) We will do it for a substantial increase in price.
6. We have customers that bring us materials every 1 to 3 weeks and come from 40 to 50 miles away. Some of them ship it in UPS from out of state. We also pic up and deliver with our truck(call for details)
