Fixture Cutting

Customers have found our processes are an advantage over slitting and sheeting type processes. This system is similar to garment type cutting systems used by very large garment manufacturing companies. We also have ample space to store your goods at our location. Drop ship your goods from the mills to our plant and have us store it until you release your cutting needs. This will reduce your shipping and handling costs. You may want us to assist you when your at over-capacity. Please let us quote a price on your applications

Sun Bias has updated our cutting area with state of the art equipment for your use. We do contract cutting of textile fabrics, canvas, upholstery fabrics, P.V.C. and similar type films, quilting and non-woven padding ¼" thick; roll diameter to 54" x 62" wide. We also have training and renting of our cutting room and equipment for small users.
